The Dogsitter in ZH City and surroundings

Funny enough, I didn't seek out dogs, but many years ago, a dog sought me out.

I grew up and lived in Zurich until I was 21, then I moved to Spain for studies. In the suburbs of Madrid, where I was living, I once met a Malamute, and as surprising as this might sound, the dog didn’t budge from my side. A Street Dog who clearly had chosen me, even though I never fed him in the beginning. For 7 years he accompanied me like a faithful soul, before he passed away due to illness – however, my love for dogs remained.

 
My professional career has been marked by my search for a job about which I can truly be passionate. I first studied Economics, followed by Tourism. As I still hadn't found my true passion, I continued with further studies and completed the courses for Swiss Marketing Expert. After a number of years working in the marketing field, I still didn’t feel like I had found the work to be passionate about.

Then I came across the concept of modern Dog Care. At first, this was because I was looking to get a new dog for myself and thus was looking at various possibilities regarding Dogsitting. But then I realised that this was the profession in which I truly feel at home and can live my passion. My search has come to an end and I don’t regret it at all!

Not wanting to start this project unprepared, I have taken the official course to become an accredited FBA Dogsitter including an Internship in the Animal Shelter «Easy». I also wanted to gain further experience, so I worked for 16 months in a Dog Care, where I learned many important lessons and obtained useful knowledge.
